NASHOBA VALLEY TECH HIGH SCHOOL ZONE 6&8 SPRINKLER REPLACEMENT

INVITATION TO BID

The Nashoba Valley Technical School District, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Nashoba Valley Technical High School Zone 6 + 8 Sprinkler Replacement Project located at 100 Littleton Road, Westford, MA 01866, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Mount Vernon Group Architects, Inc., 178 Albion Street, Suite 240, Wakefield, MA 01880, (781) 213-5030. Bidding procedures and award of Contract and Subcontracts are subject to the provisions of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MGL), as amended, including Chapter 149, §44A to §44J inclusive of minimum wage rates as required by Section 26 to 29 and applicable sections of MGL Chapter 30, Section 39F to 39M inclusive, and 39R of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as amended to date. and the regulations established by the Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM).

The scope of Work includes but is not limited to; replacement of existing fire protection systems, remove and reinstall existing ceiling tiles affected by fire protection Work, and replacement of existing ceiling tiles damaged by Fire Protection Work with new acoustic ceiling panels.

The estimated construction cost is $500,000.00.
