Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 149, Section 44A to 44J, inclusive of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Town of Lexington, Massachusetts is seeking bids from General Contractors and Filed-Sub Bid Contractors for the construction of Solar Canopies at the parking area adjacent to the Lexington Police Station located at 1575 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420.

Sealed General Contractor Bids from Prequalified bidders for the Police Station Solar Canopies at 1575 Massachusetts Ave for the Town of Lexington, MA will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the Lexington Town Offices, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, MA no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, February 27, 2025, and bids will be publicly read aloud thereafter.

Sealed Filed Sub-bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the Lexington Town Hall, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, MA, no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, February 13, 2025, and will be publicly read aloud thereafter.

Bidders must provide a completed “DCAMM Certificate’, “Update Statement” “Certificate of Corporate Authority” a completed “Certificate of Compliance with State Tax Laws” and a completed “Certificate of Non-collusion”.
